1. The anti-blocking device is generally welded to the lower part of the silo, at a height of 1/3 to 1/4 of the silo height;
2. For non-steel silos or silos with stiffeners that are difficult to vibrate, a vibration plate should be installed inside the silo. The anti-blocking device should be welded to the vibration plate and securely fixed to the silo;
3. Perform monthly maintenance on the motor bearings by replenishing lubricating grease; regularly remove dust accumulated on the outer casing to improve heat dissipation, but avoid washing with water;

4. Regularly check the insulation resistance, tighten the anchor bolts, and address any issues promptly.
